well-known brand names.


That is the reason for the suggestion of considering as entertainment any initiative which can accurately be defined as the offer of  fashionable services and products.


For example, a fashion show during an elegant soirée, with an accompaniment of Italian menus, especially in those countries and areas where these aspects can be rare, would seem to be extremely appealing.

Also, in a commercial enterprise in which refined brand products are offered (especially Italian ones), having the possibility to offer a light lunch in a reserved section represents a certain attraction for receptive customers. Naturally, the interior design, the atmosphere and the type of service must all be in harmony with the rest.

From this point of view, it would be possible to create several options for typical Italian catering which, specifically adjusted to the entertainment proposed and the product brands offered, would adequately bring “made in Italy” to mind, particularly in the field of luxury fashion.

Such a formula could characterize a presentation welcoming test for a line of products, particularly in the case of “temporary shops”, before going on to a more focused and binding initiative.

Therefore, it is easy to understand that being able to insure a flexible, mobile structure, not inhibited by permanent equipment connections and ready to be decorated in agreement with existing interior design, represents a determining factor among available facilities.

Corner Cafe is presented in this setting, decisive in its uncomplicated characteristics, since it does not require a complex installation of equipment connections, but simply expresses an engaging idea of courtesy for potential clients.

This has to do with compact, multifunctional service counters, adaptable for different configurations and suitable for offering drinks and food in a “front cooking” formula, being directly prepared in front of the client at the moment..

There are two types of counters: back counter, for the preparation of hot and cold drinks, and front counter, for the preparation of snacks, sample tastes, desserts, etc.

This can be overseen by an operator who does not necessarily need to have an explicit professional competence.

The counters do not require particular installation conditions, except for electrical power and water source connections, and are totally autonomous in their offered functions.

Even water drainage is not specifically required, since the back counter (drinks) is equipped with a tank which can be emptied at any time through a portable connection.

Front Counter

  • an outside control panel in a watertight container;

  • a hinged-door refrigerator with autonomous absorption group (silent);

  • a waste hopper;

  • drawers for bottles and one for utensils;

  • a polypropylene cutting board for menu preparation;

  • a dish lift;

  • a built-in induction hob;

  • four covered tubs for menu decorations.

Back Counter

  • an outside control panel in a watertight container;

  • a space for a coffee pod coffee machine;

  • a support sink;

  • a hinged-door refrigerator with autonomous absorption group (silent);

  • an ice cube maker for 20 kg in 24 h;

  • two cupboards for bottles of fruit syrup;

  • a juicer, blender and centrifuge (options by request);

  • a polypropylene cutting board for preparation of fruit and vegetable smoothies;

  • two cupboard spaces and a drawer for napkins.
